As a school teacher, I got paired with Teri through this teacher's mortgage program in which Teri went out of her way (actually contributing a percentage of her sales commission) to help local teachers purchase homes in Austin. To say that Teri went above and beyond to help my wife and I become homeowners would be a complete understatement, and would not do justice towards Teri's work ethic. Teri treated my wife and I like members of her family, constantly checking in on us and communicating with us throughout the entire home-buying process (even long after the purchase and still to this day). Teri would drop whatever she was doing at whatever time during the day to help us, meet us at properties no matter the location, and she even went to look at properties without us during the workday to let us know the condition of the home and if we had a chance. She will respond to texts, calls, and emails at all hours (even at 11:00 PM). She knows the process, the market, and especially the legal aspects of real estate like the back of her hand. She will negotiate with the seller to drive the asking price down. She will fight like hell for the best interest of you and your family She will be with you during EVERY step of the way. She will love and care for you and will not view you as just a client. Even to this day, months after the purchase, Teri has helped my wife and I file our taxes in regards to being first-time homebuyers.
