DID A GOOD JOB. SOLD THE UNIT QUICKLY. HAD A LARGE NUMBER OF OPEN HOUSES. KEPT US INFORMED OF SHOWING AND POSSIBLE OFFERS. ALL IN ALL THINGS WENT AS WE HOPED AND AS SHE HAD SAID THEY WOULD. THE SALE PRICE WAS CLOSE TO THE LISTING PRICE.
