I live out of state and was selling a property in CA. Teri kept in contact with me and made sure I knew what might be happening to slow the process etc. She was outstanding! If I didn't understand something because it is a CA law or rule, she would explain it or make sure someone else would.

Teri was very professional and knowledgeable. She's an expert for condo sales in Sunrise Palms. I wasn't sure whether to sell or not while doing a remodel after my long term tenant left. Teri knows the rental market and sales market and was clear in what my expectations should be if I rented again or sold my unit. The price she said she could get if sold was a lot higher than I'd assumed it could go for and she was right. I had offers within two weeks of listing and closed the sale in about eight weeks, realizing the exact sales price she'd esimated.
