Teri Litton

We used Terri previously due to her knowledge of the area. Our latest experience would no longer have us make the same decision.

I live out of state and was selling a property in CA. Teri kept in contact with me and made sure I knew what might be happening to slow the process etc. She was outstanding! If I didn't understand something because it is a CA law or rule, she would explain it or make sure someone else would.

Communication with Teri was well appreciated whenever I called her she would quickly respond to my questions oh and I did have a lot of questions if I couldn’t solve the problem she would solve it for meSuch as repairs and cleaning of my unit to sell even after closing she was there to explain

Teri was very professional and knowledgeable. She's an expert for condo sales in Sunrise Palms. I wasn't sure whether to sell or not while doing a remodel after my long term tenant left. One of my neighbors suggested I talk to Teri since she was so helpful in their transaction. Teri knows the rental market and sales market and was clear in what my expectations should be if I rented again or sold my unit. The price she said she could get if sold was a lot higher than I'd assumed it could go for and she was right. I had offers within two weeks of listing and closed the sale in about eight weeks, realizing the exact sales price she'd esimated.

Teri Litton is a fantastic agent. I could not have done this without all of her help. She truly goes above and beyond. She sold our home so fast and made sure it flew through escrow. I highly recommend Teri!
