Teri was given the task of selling our house and in these tough times I thought it unlikely. Not only did she manage it with her superb team she got us the full asking price too. The process wasn't easy but only because of the buyers realtor. My only criticism of Teri was that after only 4 days on the market she advised us to take a low offer stating it is often the best. But when we declined she got straight back to work for us and it was never mentioned again. Thank you Teri we are very grateful and would definitely use you again.
