My family has worked with Teri for years, and recently, I finally had the opportunity to work with her. I have worked with many Brokers in the US, and have found them to be fast talkers, looking for any way to make a dollar, and sometimes dishonest. Teri, on the other hand, was a breath of fresh air, and allowed me to have a renewed faith in Real Estate Brokers. She was honest, diligent and held my hand during the whole sales process - and to be honest, my sales was a bit complicated. In addition, I was selling a piece of property that had been sitting for a while, and the property value really hadn't risen in many years. However, she was able to get a buyer and a selling price that was not only reasonable but unexpected. The escrow/closing was fast, easy and before I knew it the money was in my account. If I had more property to sell I would use her again and again, and I definitely recommend her!
