She was able to show us many houses that fit into our needs so that we had a variety to choose from, though with the market the way it was at that time we actually missed out on our first two choices due to not being willing to escalate a bidding war beyond our budget. Teri handled the sale of my parents' house in Park Hill in 2018. When we purchased the Xanadu Property we were on a shoestring budget and in somewhat of a hurry. We were looking for a unicorn! At our first meeting, she talked us through the whole process of how to buy a house, which as first-time home buyers was extremely helpful. I also appreciated how she would look at houses twice when my husband and I couldn't visit the house at the same time. I have used Teri multiple times, and each time she hits the ball out of the park! When I was considering put an offer on this house, she called the realtor and found out there were already other offers above asking and what the buyers were ideally looking for (with a rent back). We tailored our offer to that, and ideally it came out on top! With this specific home, she was great about helping me with my list of inspection requests, helping to get quotes for work, tracking everything through to successful resolution, and keeping me on track throughout the entire process.
