I bought this house when there were very few houses on the market, but I had to buy something quickly. Teri showed me several properties. Once I found the perfect house, Teri came up with a creative way to structure the offer so that I went under contact by the end of the day on the first day I looked at it which was also the first day that the house was on the market. She knew just the right number to use for the offer based on the area and her extensive knowledge of the market. She worked late into the evening on a Friday night to make sure the deal was done! Then she stayed in close contact with me and the seller’s agent every step of the way to be sure that we closed on time. She had contractors to recommend to help with issues that came up on inspection, and since she had worked with the contractors in the past, we had quick service in order to meet the deadlines of the contact. She worked well with the seller’s agent to settle all issues that came up during the process. Her hard work took the stress out of the entire process.

The market has been changing so quickly and Teri knows the market like no other. She was able to guide us in the updating of our house to put it on the market. By going to market with a series of small improvements and a highly polished house we got an amazing offer on the house in 1 day! Other people wanted to put our house on the market as is. She encourage us to spruce up our house first to make it a show piece. We invested $60,000 and got an extra $300,000 for the house. She was able to build excitement for the house while we did the work and we had a line of people waiting to see the house. I could not recommend Teri more.
