The journey to the perfect final home has been interesting---not always fruitful----but interesting. It took a couple of attempts, but when we arrived there we knew it was where we were meant to be. We could not have done it without Teri, and we were so fortunate to have her referred to us. She provided complete and detailed information about our community choices. Offered concise opinions about all our choices, and never hesitated to assist us. When our moment arrived she helped to execute our closing with professionalism. We could not have been more pleased.

Teri is a consummate professional and was absolutely terrific throughout the entire sales process, serving as the listing agent for our Tahoe lakefront townhouse. She is simply a top-notch, deeply experienced listing agent and handled each and every challenge that arose in a calm, intelligent and innovative manner. It happened to be a rather rapid and somewhat complicated escrow process with out of state buyers and she was deftly able to keep all of the pieces together and moving forward with the result of very pleased and satisfied parties on both sides of the transaction. I had been looking on Realtor.com and also Zillow and Trulia and saw several listing with an agent from the tahoe Paradise agency and was impressed with her bio and texted her regarding searching for a place in South Lake Tahoe- she texted me back and referred me to Teri Brunner, and it turned out to be a match made in heaven - Teri called and we set up a time for me to visit - when I arrived she had a plethora of properties to view. She was cheerful and very knowledgeable about the area.She was well versed about the properties-she was very patient with me and when we found a property she was on top of everything - kept me in the loop as to what was going on worked well with my lender - I can't say enough about how pleased and blessed I felt having Teri Brunner working for regarding this property. What an asset - I would most certainly recommend her to any of my friends ( if I had any) or any one that might ask me for a realtor recommendation.
