We appreciate this opportunity to thank Teresa Springer for representing us in the sale of our home in the Santiago Park section of N. Santa Ana. Her good advice on making repairs and prepping the house for sale were much appreciated as we had already moved to our new home about 80 miles away. Teresa went out of her way to locate bedding plants to dress up the front of the house and consulted with us to locate a local handy man to repair several small emergencies. She explained the “ins and outs” of selling our house and was always available to answer any questions we had. On a personal note, my mother was a Real estate lady for over 30 years in another city. I know the “feel” of a reputable, professional office. We interviewed several agents who were full of promises and flattery, but neither we nor our dogs, (they can spot people with bad vibes) trusted them. Teresa was the one we felt we could trust, and who knew how to market our older Craftsman to people who appreciated and would care for it. We were purchasing our first home and having trouble finding the right agent to work with- until we met Teresa and Terese. From the first moment we met them we knew they were perfect for us.
