She did a flawless job as her whole team of experts did a fantastic job from start to finnish. That's something you don't find everyday unless you deal with Teresa an her team.
I have had the pleasure of working with the Knowles team twice now and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. They are without a doubt the best team around. I purchased a home with Teresa in 2015 and sold a property through her team this year. Eden, one of her team members, was especially helpful this year and answered all of my questions promptly. They are conveniently communicative by text, email, or phone and they are as efficient as they are helpful. I wouldn't use anyone other than Teresa and the Knowles team.
The entire staff at the Knowles Team were fantastic to work with. Teresa and her staff were so helpful when it came to recommending people to update the house and do all the things that should be done before a house is sold. She guided us through some difficulties that arose from the lenders appraiser and made sure the sale went through as planned. I was kept up to date on everything that was going on and could not be more pleased with the representation I received. I feel like I've made friends that will last a lifetime.
