I travel a lot for work, never knowing when I would be in town, I was able to communicate and sign documents electronically, they were always a phone call, text or email away (based on my preference and availability). For not dealing much in person, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. They even setup any inspections I wanted done, along with required ones.
