I then decided to work with her to sell my condo. We sold the condo in less than a month. Teresa was always quick to respond any time I reached out to her. She was extremely organized and thorough with details and paperwork. She explained every step of the process and always verified that I understood the steps as we completed the sale process. I have sold a few properties and so I was not new to the process however her attention to details allowed me to not have to engage or worry about the sale. It was great to have someone trustworthy so I could focus on my move. I had already left the state by the time we closed and Teresa ensured a smooth closing for me as well.
