After my dad's passing, my mother decided the house they lived in was too big for her alone so she wanted to sell it while she traveled abroad. Enter Teresa. She was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful in getting everything setup. I was designated as the POA to have the house sold and she made the process extremely smooth and painless. She was very knowledgeable of the area and the going rate of home sales. Negotiated with the seller and gave us a very good insight on every offer. She also helped us and staging and getting the little things touched up getting ready for the sale.
