Teresa first took me through information on the local market, pricing, etc. So when I looked at the condo I was able to understand where it fit in the local market. She was very thorough. I know she was in contact with the Seller’s agent to work out various issues that needed to be resolved before the sale could be completed. Teresa was very good about communicating with me either by phone or email so I had the information I needed to make my final decision. And now I enjoy living in a place that suits me and that was my top choice.
