I have bought and sold quite a few properties over the 55+ years of living in the Bay Area. I have dealt with many Real Estate agents over that time, and Teresa stood out over all of them. After leaving that open house, I knew that I would use her for my next Real Estate sale. Due to Teresa's hard and dedicated work I was able to sell my Townhouse very quickly and over $50K above asking price.
