I have bought and sold quite a few properties over the 55+ years of living in the Bay Area. I have dealt with many Real Estate agents over that time, and Teresa stood out over all of them. After leaving that open house, I knew that I would use her for my next Real Estate sale. She is very easy going and listens to her clients and guides them for the best return on investment (if selling) or market knowledge, availability and expertise (if buying). Due to Teresa's hard and dedicated work I was able to sell my Townhouse very quickly and over $50K above asking price.
