Great Communication

Tera is very knowledgeable about the area, the market, and how things were moving or not moving. I very much appreciated her communication, she kept me up to date on all aspects of the sale and where we were at in the process. She had my best interests in mind and helped find solutions or made suggestions on what to do when something came up. She let me know what to expect and went above and beyond on more than one occasion. I liked that she was very professional, but at the same time she didn't make you feel like you were just being helped for her to make money. Tera was kind, personable, and VERY VERY patient. When it comes time to buy my new home, I'll definitely be calling her again.
