Marvelous for this first-time homebuyer!

She was diligent and patient with me as we looked for houses. When I did find "the one", Tena helped create a very enticing contract. After multiple reiterations of the contract on a Saturday and Sunday afternoon, the seller finally selected my contract! With a 30 day closing window, she moved fast to make sure everything happened on time, teaching me along the way. I had many questions and she always made sure to answer them promptly.
