Marvelous for this first-time homebuyer!
I recommended to use Tena and she did not disappoint. I would rate her 5/5 stars! Knowing that I was more set in what I wanted and where I wanted it. She was diligent and patient with me as we looked for houses. When I did find "the one", Tena helped create a very enticing contract. After multiple reiterations of the contract on a Saturday and Sunday afternoon, the seller finally selected my contract! With a 30 day closing window, she moved fast to make sure everything happened on time, teaching me along the way. I had many questions and she always made sure to answer them promptly. You will not go wrong with using Tena as your realtor!
