Temme was on top of everything, you could ask her anything and if she didn’t have the answer she would find out insanely, that really didn’t happen often, she’s on top of everything. Very patient with me and helpful how to do paper work on line. Never made me fell dumb or that I was starting to get on her nerves. Never in a hurry and took all the time that I wanted. Told me all the ups and downs of the sale of the condo and give advice when I ask but always let me make the decisions, now presser what so ever. I can’t say enough about Temme. I could of never gotten everything done that I needed to do with out her. It was a hard choice to make but Temme helped me through it. One special lady and realtor.

Not able to attend the closing of our condo because the Border is closed, Temma had to take on extra chores She had to get rid of all food products, package up clothing & donate articles the buyer didn't want I have used Temma in the past & would recommend her for sure
I've bought and sold several homes in Pinellas County over the last twenty years. At least five of the transactions including the most recent one were handled by Temme Peterson. She is simply the best at what she does. Buying and/or selling a home can be a stressful experience but Temme has the patience of a saint. We changed the criteria for what we were looking for at least half a dozen times before finding our current home. Temme understood all of our concerns and wanted us to be happy with our purchase. When she had her own concerns about a property, she would let us know to be wary of what we were seeing and why. It wasn't about the quick, easy sale for Temme. It was about the client being happy with their purchase. I would recommend Temme to anyone in need of a hardworking, honest realtor that cares about her clients. I truly wouldn't use anyone else, at this point.

She was always here,- or -there, - or wherever was necessary at seemingly a moments notice!! Temme helped me to sell my brothers Condo. She did all the research on other Condos in they areas and tells you what she think but let's you make the call. No pressure what so ever. Kept me up dated on anyone going through the Condo and what they had to say. If you had a question, Temme had the answer and if not got the answer. Made calls right then until she had the answer and called you right back. She didn't wait a day or two. Temme knows her job and is very good at it
