The market was not as good as we thought going into selling. Temme did a great job of communicating this and backed it up with facts based upon comparable sales. This helped guide us to set a price that would attract interested buyers. Temme reinforced the fact that she was working for us and that said she respected our decisions on the negotiation of offers in the selling process. Best of all Temme was readily available and tended to over rather than under communicate. We really appreciated her expertise guiding us through the entire selling process.
