We enjoyed working with Ted Williams very much. We were very impressed with his professional manner, organization, negotiation skills, as well as his clear goal to help us find what we were looking for in a second home. Ted helped us to see the possibilities that existed for the property that we ultimately purchased including how to optimize the property to meet our family’s needs. He provided us with excellent contacts in the community to discuss issues related to conservation land, and was able to have contractors visit the property prior to purchase and give us professional opinions regarding potential renovations. We would never have purchased the property without Ted's vision and advocacy on our behalf.

We live in metro-west Boston and Ted helped us purchase a vacation home in Brewster on Cape Cod. We looked at adjacent towns as well, including Chatham and Orleans. Ted was very knowledgeable about each of the towns we looked at and he had well-supported views on each property's quality and price and value. On several occasions, Ted checked out listings on our behalf and showed us via video conference. After we had an accepted offer, Ted worked diligently to clear bottlenecks and coordinate with the selling agent, our lenders and our attorney. Throughout the process, Ted was prompt and clear in his communications and was always easy to work with. We are very happy with Ted's work and the final outcome and we would recommend Ted with enthusiasm.
