Ted is extremely responsive, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable when it comes to listing and selling, along with buying a property. I have used Ted to purchase and sell my first home, as well as buying our second home. I have never texted or called Ted and had to wait more than a handful of minutes to hear back from him. That is crucial for my family and I, and his response time is incredibly valuable. His research of neighborhoods and comparable properties also helped us get top dollar for our home. If i could give him 6 stars I would.
