Ted is extremely responsive, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable when it comes to listing and selling, along with buying a property. I have used Ted to purchase and sell my first home, as well as buying our second home. I have never texted or called Ted and had to wait more than a handful of minutes to hear back from him.
