My family and I were planning a cross country move when we came across Matt and he was amazing from the get go. I’m a planner so I had a lot of things I wanted to be ready and set up before flying over to look at the houses. Matt was on top of everything with updated listings and gave me suggestions on the areas that matched my criteria. He was great with communication and always replied quickly. When I finally planned my 2 day trip here Matt was very accommodating and worked tirelessly to get me every house I listed I wanted to see. I honestly didn’t except to be able to see all them- I had nearly 20 some houses! When I arrived to the first house Matt greeted me with a print out with all the houses we were going to see that day! I was so impressed and appreciated how well planned my day was. At the houses he was very knowledgeable in all the questions I had- from design to construction to location. As if we weren’t impressed enough, Matt made it seamless for us to purchase our dream home even with a same day closing. I really can’t sing enough praises of Matt and his team. Why choose someone else when you can work with the best?!
