I received email or phone updates after every open house and private showing. They were also very helpful in arranging for some repair work to be done at the condo prior to it being put on the market. I think the fact that they use a professional photographer really allowed the condo to be shown at its best and I especially liked the fact that they do not use a lock box---someone from Team Martin Lapsley was on site for every showing.
