Donia worked her backside off to find me a home in this crazy market. Once under contract, things went haywire from a survey issue and an appraisal issue. Donia held my hand through all of it and I ended up in the best house ever and the owners even came down on the price! You will love both Doug and Donia! They are the best! And they also helped me buy and sell my previous home within 2 weeks back when the market was not moving.
