Taylor helped me to buy my first house. This experience couldn’t be any better. He is an expert in his field and a great human being to be around. His communication skills are phenomenal. Communications were super clear from the time we were looking for houses until the closing date. He made the closing process so much easier. After a couple of showings, he could exactly tell which house I would be interested in. I’m very impressed with his ability to pay attention to details. He was very patient with me and always modified the search based on my recent interests. I didn't even want to see my house because it didn’t pass all the criteria. He suggested we just check it out and here I am living in it. I can’t recommend him enough. I absolutely go back to him whenever I want to purchase or sell a property.

Taylor became our agent somewhat unexpectedly in our home buying process, but we couldn't have lucked out more. He stepped up to show us a couple of homes while our original agent was out of town and seamlessly transitioned to helping us navigate our first home purchase when we decided to put an offer in on one. Taylor was great at pointing out both pros and cons of homes that we wouldn't have considered on our own, especially in older homes which were completely foreign to us. He was proactive in explaining processes and timelines and kept us updated on any developments - his frequent check-ins on potential competing offers were especially appreciated. When we had questions he would always take the time to answer them thoroughly, and if we had any concerns with no concrete answers, he'd offer constructive advice backed by his past experiences. Basically, despite our efforts to approach everything as thoughtfully and well-researched as we could, we completely trusted Taylor to catch our blind spots and have our backs and he absolutely did, all while being super friendly and relatable.

My partner and I worked with Taylor to buy our first house and the experience was fantastic!
