I had been trying to sell my lot for several years, through several different realtors in the area. Took it off the market for 6 months, and then listed it with Taylor. I thought she was aggressive with the price, and concerned that it would simply sit for another year. We agreed on a lower price that I was happy with. Taylor said if I invested $1,800 to clear the lot,(which was $3,000 less than the previous realtor quoted) she could sell it for my asking price. And she did.
