First of all, I want to apologize for not writing this sooner. We were Taylor’s first clients and we are so thankful for her, her consistency, and her knowledge. She stayed on top of everything right from the get go. We live in Kentucky and found the lake house online that we wanted, so we called the real estate company that had it listed. We were told that the home would be sold before we got there to make a bid on it, and not to waste our time coming out of state. But we went against the odds and took off to Dandridge. We had no idea what to do when we got there. The first real estate sign my husband saw was THE REAL ESTATE DEPOT. So he called and got hold of Taylor. She got right on it and started making some calls. She called us back in a few minutes and asked what we wanted to bid on the house. We knew there would be several bids, but we stayed in town and waited for Taylor to call us back. She called us back at 8pm and told us the house was ours.
