Taylor exceeded my expectations in every way: 1. His communication skills are excellent...he always responded to my texts or calls promptly, thoughtfully, and completely. 2. He has a deep sense of empathy and a way of bonding authentically with his clients, and I suspect everyone he works with. 3. He has deep roots in the community. He knows the Iowa City, Coralville, and North Liberty neighborhoods well. This enables him to set a realistic price point for houses he sells and offer relevant information and advice for houses he shows. 4. He has a wonderful assistant - Jess Pfab who made the home buying experience fun. I would recommend Taylor and Jess to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. They are authentic, honest, compassionate, organized and good company. My experience of buying and selling with them could not have been better.
