A True Gem

We first met Tatum acting as the sellers agent at a property we were looking at. She went out of her way to answer all our questions, going to the town hall to get copies of records, etc. We ultimately did not purchase this property, but as we continued searching we found another property of interest and since we currently reside 3K miles away we needed a local agent to help us. We immediately thought of how impressed we were with Tatum and reached out to her to act as our buyers agent. She was able to adjust her schedule and meet with the seller the same day we reached out. She was instrumental in helping coordinate with inspectors and even a recommended mortgage company. She made our entire process so much easier I can't express enough our gratitude for all she did.
