I have bought/sold a few times, and for some reason, I was more nervous this time than any other time. She went out of her way to answer all our questions, going to the town hall to get copies of records, etc. We ultimately did not purchase this property, but as we continued searching we found another property of interest and since we currently reside 3K miles away we needed a local agent to help us. Better than all the rest! Sorry for the Rod Stewart reference buuuuut it’s not wrong! Tatum has represented us through two sales and two purchases. We will never look elsewhere because of her knowledge, experience, communication, dedication, and ongoing support….even after all the transactions. This sale was extremely stressful for us as buying our dream home depended on a quick, clean sale. Tatum made it happen in less than a week. I don’t know why I stressed so much.
