What a wonderful experience it has been working with Tatsiana. Our story began in 2024 when I packed up my life in NYC and took a one-way flight to Florida—with nothing but nerves and hope. Tatsiana was the first person who helped me feel grounded. She found me the perfect apartment at the time and made the entire process smooth and reassuring. A few months later, as I began to settle into Florida life, I realized I had outgrown the apartment. I reached out to Tatsiana again, and from that moment on, she made my home-buying journey not just seamless, but truly enjoyable. Tatsiana and I met a little over a year ago when I was deciding to move down to Palm County. She took the time to get to know my likes and dislikes with real estate. When I was ready to buy, she was patient while I researched neighborhoods. When I was ready to make an offer, she was able to communicate my goals/offer to the seller. I trusted her. After a year in the condo that Tatsiana helped us purchase, we knew we loved Delray Beach and wanted to increase our living space to a home. There wasn’t even a second thought about looking to Tatsiana to again help find the perfect place for us. That alone speaks volumes about her. She’s knowledgeable about the market and attentive - she makes you feel like you’re her only client even though we know that that’s not the case. She listened to us and showed us houses that made sense for what we were looking for and steered us away when she knew we wouldn’t like it if we saw it in person. She was efficient with our time but spent the time when needed. She also managed the closing process well and got our deal over the finish line. Between managing a competitive bidding situation to negotiation over inspection and furniture items, she handled it professionally and with our best interest in mind until the closing was complete. She is truly a pleasure to work with and recommend her highly.
