This had been my wife’s and also my first experience purchasing a home. Was it supposed to be this easy?!?! Given I worked graveyard and my wife worked days and weekends, and we were still able to communicate with our agent Tatiana and her team whenever we had to with ease. I assume agents have multiple clients to tend to at once, and yet we felt like we were the only ones dealing with this agency. The process of finding a home may have been the only time consuming thing (which makes sense since there are a lot of homes to visit), but then when we actually found the home we wanted it seemed we were moved into the property within weeks, I may be exaggerating, yet the process working with Tatiana and her team made us feel like this was another walk in the park. I am a very picky and critical person and there’s not one thing I had to point out about this agent. I would refer ANYONE of my family members or friends to this team because not only is she a great agent that listens to what you want/ need, but she is truly an honest agent that you can feel from day one of her introduction. One thing I know is today honest people who really want to help you are truly hard to find. Cliche, but this is and will be my real estate dream team for life. Thanks again Tatiana!!
