I was very fortunate to come in contact with a young lady, Tasha Massey, owner of Massey Realty in regard to property which I owned and faced Foreclosure. Tasha & another associate of hers heard of my situation and reached out to me with some options. After lengthy discussions and Tasha doing some research on her own time, I agreed to let her proceed with the hope of finding a way I could walk away from this mess without discrediting my credit any further with a Foreclosure. Tasha was Amazing !!!! Beginning in November she began her project of saving me from this Morgage company who had absolutely no feelings for me and my situation. I am 77 and live on a fixed income but this company could care less. It took Tasha several months to acquire information from this company and time after time she would send them emails requesting information. Tasha would keep me posted almost at times on a daily basis sending me copies of her emails and the responses from this company. After, months of work we Finally HAD A DATE to close on this PROPERTY so I could walk away debt FREE. Not only did she sell the land but she was able to settle on two liens I had on the property which were there for a long time and the companies had gone out of business so she had to have a title company locate whoever took it over . This young lady deserves an APPLAUSE and a huge THANK YOU to all the work she did for me. One might say oh she was in it for the money but as a Elderly Lady, I have been around and never have I seen someone so diligent in her work. She did not get rich over this and spent more time on my property than most realtors would had. Tasha is one of the most pleasant, efficient, caring person I have encountered in the business world.
