Taryn is a hands-on realtor who is not afraid to get on her hands and knees to evaluate needs for repairs. She did an excellent job of advising us what did and did not need to be fixed up to make our house sellable. Here marketing resulted in our getting offers immediately. We sold our house at $5,000 above list price.
