My husband and I have bought and sold many properties. I have never met an agent who goes above and beyond to get across the finish line. Without too much detail, we were not available for settlement and Taryn gladly took on that role for us, arranging and signing off on paperwork long before settlement. Little did she know what would be required to get there. As the seller, the house sold in 3 days, due to her efforts and quick actions. Settlement lingered and things got backed up a bit (appraisals, who knew) - from taking on painting to coordinating contractors, Taryn truly did everything possible to make settlement happen. Plus, she communicated with us from 6 AM to after midnight to ensure we were up to date on actions taken. I would highly recommend working with Taryn.
