We started our search with Taran New several months before we were ready to buy. We explored various neighborhoods while Taran provided us with so much valuable information about every area. This was critical so we could finalize where to focus our search. After living in our NJ home for more than 40 years, Taran was extremely sensitive to our ever changing wishes and desires as well as our “needs”. Once we found the neighborhood and home we wanted to call our retirement home, the process was simple, efficient and thorough. We were thrilled to work with someone who really cared about us on a personal and professional level. She was so helpful with every detail of the relocation process. Taran was wonderful to work with on the purchase of my new home. Moving to the area from out of state, Taran showed me the area, talked through different scenarios and locations for the transition, and negotiated the offer, inspections, and closing all through a hurricane. She was readily available to communicate and made reaching closure easy.

Our agent, Taran New, came to us via recommendation from our realtor and friend in Ohio. She proved to be very knowledgable, courteous and responsive. She was prepared with good ideas to help with the sale of the property, and did a commendable job of guiding a couple of first time homesellers (in their 70's, btw) through what was (for us) a very daunting and confusing process. She also did an excellent job helping facilitate the niceties of a remote closing, where all main parties (us as sellers, the buyer, Taran, and the buyers chosen title company) were spread across four separate states. Taran was patient with us throughout what became an almost 11 month process and we appreciated that in her as much as anything else. I will add that she has continued to stay engaged and has helped facilitate resolution of an issue with a remodeler that we had engaged with (but ultimately did not use due to the eventual "as is" sale of the home) including recovering a majority of the deposit paid to the remodeler. Her help made resolution of this problem go much smoother and we certainly appreciate her "above and beyond" care!!!

Taran was very attentive and thorough throughout the entire process. She was very determined and persistent in following up to get the deal closed through various hurdle scenarios. I would certainly recommend her to any home buyer who is adamant on the home they want for securing the deal. I appreciate all her hard work!
