Tara Savage

I can’t say enough good things about Savage and Company. We estimate they saved us close to a 100k with their positive attitude and resourcefulness. I interviewed Tara Savage just out about of due diligence; I fully intended to go with the agent who most recently sold homes in our neighborhood. However, Tara stunned us by recommending that we list our house for a 100k over what the other agent recommended and she had an 80 page analysis to back that up. But it wasn’t just the pricing that swayed us; I felt like her enthusiasm for the house would engage buyers. Plus they offered the use of a truck and some staging resources. Since we were down sizing and doing a phased move, the truck was invaluable. We made 10 trips or so to Goodwill and the new house. Tara and Colleen were with us every step of the way. They helped with staging and contributed some key pieces of furniture. They ran out to the house to do errands. They often asked us what we needed from them and how they could help. Though houses have been taking 6 months to sell in my neighborhood, we had multiple offers in 60 days and closed a month later with a full price contract. Tara was invaluable through negotiations. The buyer asked to close a month early and we were able to do do thanks to Colleen and Tara finding contractors and staying on top of the inspection items. The contractors they found were considerably less expensive quotes we had been given. The Savage Team went well beyond what I have come to inspect from a realtor and I can’t recommend them more highly.
