I've worked with a lot of realtors buying and/or selling eight houses over the years, but Tara Iorg has been the best. She knows her sales area very well and is able to find great homes in areas I would not have thought to look. She is very professional, but she's also very friendly and feels more like family. She gets a good sense what I want and then finds the perfect jewel that checks off all the boxes. Buying or selling a home is never easy, but she was very sympathetic and practically held my hand through the process. She always answered my calls or texts promptly which was a great relief. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a home in the Butte County area.

Tara is very professional and kind. She's in the process of helping my mom sell her house. Since my mom don't speak much English, I'm helping my mom communicate with Tara. I live in MN and am only able to communicate with Tara through phone calls and emails. Even with the distance, Tara has always been responsive to all my emails and calls. Tara has not only shown an incredible amount of knowledge in the housing market but has been kind and patient with me and my mom throughout this whole ordeal. We started the process for selling her house in September; had some legal issues with marital status, but hoping to have her home closed by the end of December. I'm glad I've found a realtor I can trust and someone who will be present even under unforseen circumstances. Would highly recommend Tara to anyone hoping to sell their home.
