
I needed to sell my Mom’s house in Speer Heights after her passing, and wanted to accomplish two things: 1) Sell it for a good price and 2) sell it ASAP so I could get out of Harrison ASAP. Any realtor can get offers if they’re lucky, but real skill begins when the offers are made. Tara negotiated these offers with a sales prowess that was beyond her years. She expertly maneuvered through the offers and the inspections and the closing, and delivered the perfect buyer to me at the perfect price. She is not going to tell you what you want to hear. She is going to tell you what you NEED to hear. And there’s a big difference there if you want to sell your house.
