Tara was amazing with her communication. We went out of state and on complete different time zones with no problem ever getting ahold of her right when we needed. Would not recommend for out of state sale. I have had multiple out of town sales for my dad’s estates and this was by far the hardest. She was unavailable to meet movers to point out an object the new buyer wanted removed after confirming multiple times the wrong object, costing us thousands in fees with moving companies to go across state lines, remove something, bring it back and then go back to try to find what the buyer actually wanted removed. When asked if she could send picture with description of location on property of said items she could never produce and refused to meet movers. She was often times unavailable and would direct communications to her partner, who was actually much more helpful than she was. She was nice enough but nice doesn’t always get the job done. She had come recommended by our agent we had used for other sales of other estates and even she was surprised by the lack of help or effort by Tara and said if she had known this would be the outcome she would not have recommended. If using for out of state I would recommend looking elsewhere for an agent.
Tara was always there to answer every single question I had throughout the process. She was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel so comfortable. I cannot recommend her enough and would definitely call on her again without hesitation.
