Tanya Vladimirova

I first learned about Tanya Vladimirova from a market analysis she emailed me over a year before we put our house on the market. The analysis was full of comps and data on homes within our area. Other realtors we talked to seemed to just come in and say, "Hey, the market is great, don't worry about it". So I dug to find Tanya's email and we are so glad we did. She answered all of our questions and went in depth with a good strategy. She really helped us over a long period as we got our home ready to sell with helpful comments on what needed to be fixed, should the carpet be replaced, etc. Our home was a little unique, with a small yard that would not fit a pool so it took some time to get a buyer. She did whatever it took to attract more people. The first buyer fell through but that was on him, and Tanya helped us get his escrow funds as it was his decision to back out after 2 months under contract. She relisted the home the next day and it was under contract almost immediately for full asking price. That buyer wanted to close quickly and with Tanya's help it did. Since we had 2 payments that was a relief. If you want someone that studies the market in your area, keeps constant contact, and is a pleasure to work with my wife and I would highly recommend her.

Tanya was an amazing agent and I'm so grateful I was fortunate to find her and work with her as my agent.
