Tanya Ramos

Let me just start by saying how much of a GEM Tanya Ramos is! My husband and I did a lot of work prepping our house for sale and we had the mindset to sell it at X amount. Tanya came over, saw the house and told us we would easily be able to sell it for 30K more than we had even dreamed of. The crazy part, she was right!!! Our house was on the market around 7 am and had about 10 showings throughout the day. By 8 pm that evening we had 3 offers on the table. Our house sold in ONE DAY. Not only did she sell our house, she helped us purchase our new home. My husband had already been through the process of purchasing a home, however, for me, it was my first time. She took the time to explain everything in full detail, and I'm forever grateful for that.
