Tanya was so amazing to work with. The communications was so professional and incredible. We bought a house in NC from NY and never physically saw the house. Tanya walked through the house through FaceTime. There were small issues with the house and we requested items to be fixed and Tanya was a “bulldog” and got the estimates and made sure things were done in a timely manner. Tanya is not only a realtor but a trusted new friend. She treats every sale like it was her own home that she would buy. Tanya will be recommended to all my friends and family. This was our first ever home buy and I could not have found a better realtor than Tanya. She was very understanding and listened to our needs and wants in a home. Tanya has gone above and beyond with us to be able to be in our home before Christmas, with many nights that she had been up speaking with us and making sure that we understood exactly what was happening through out the whole process. This was my first time purchasing a home and with it being so close to the holidays the stress level was MAXED. Tanya, patiently reassured things would work out, and she had my back. She kept her word, walked me through everything step by step (sometimes more than once) and made it happen all with a smile. She managed my anxiety at the same time.
