Deciding on a realtor can be a challenge if you don't personally know one, especially when commissions are involved and people are in a position to potentially take advantage of the client. Tanya came recommended by a trusted friend and immediately made us comfortable by focusing on what was most important to us. After asking questions, she started painting a picture of what the experience would look like. Along the way she kept us updated and was always available. When we ran into obstacles from not finding a property we loved to a major mistake at closing - she was always ready to do whatever she could to fix it. When we made decisions contrary to what she recommended and it blew up on us, she always remained polite and professional. We started the process confused and uncertain. We finished it in a similar fashion due to our personally selected vendor. But at every step, Tanya was there for us. We now have a home we are in love with and couldn't be happier that we had such a kind and professional partner to guide us to a story book ending. Thank you again Tanya!
