Tanya is amazing. She helped me find my new home and walked me through the purchase process. It really took the pain out of things. She was so good I had her sell my old home a few months later. She knew exactly what to fix and what not to fix. In fact, during the fix up phase, my home value went up over 20K. When we listed, she got me over market value and I had no new things to fix for the seller. I'm so impressed, I'm going to have her put my parents old home on the market for us.
Very positive experience with Tanya. When listing, she told us how much the house would appraise for. While I am not sure it is common and we may have gotten somewhat lucky (being in right place at the right time) we received a full price offer within 3 days of it being put on the market. We had a hiccup when the buyer's loan appraisal came back low, but when Tanya reviewed it she immediately recognized that it was riddled with errors. With Tanya fighting for us, even that lender agreed that appraisal was a joke. Due to her efforts, a second accurate appraisal was done that came in at exactly the amount she quoted us when we listed our home. Can't recommended her highly enough; she took a very stressful long distance situation for us (we had already relocated to California) and walked side by side with us to the perfect conclusion.
