She markets the house before it goes up for sale which gets the homes go under contract the first weekend and we have had multiple offers, most with appraisal waivers and significant cash down. I have literally had my pick of buyers and she manages the process of getting them and keeping them under contract every time. To boot, she has gotten me over asking price on every sale! Tanya took the time to explain simply the process of selling our home. As first time sellers, it was very helpful to have a realtor who cared not only about your best options but your personal wants.
