We have purchased over 4 homes so have experienced various agents and had become accustomed to sub par to mediocre real estate agents that is certainly NOT the case with Tanya. She makes you feel that you are her only client responds back to you at all hours of the day/night. Worked with Tanya for over a year trying to find the right home. She had so much patience. We were buying outside of the state so flexibility on our part was difficult and Tanya would go to potential homes FaceTime us and we would be able to rule out some homes. She knew what we were looking for in a home and the housing market in Myrtle Beach was extremely competitive. Tanya is not only knowledgable of the area she was able to recommend reputable local businesses for all types of home services. Tanya was able to review and educate us on local real estate contract practices that we were unaware as well as proofing them to ensure all was in compliance. My wife and i could not be more thrilled in the service and attention that Tanya provided us. If we were to move to another location in the Myrtle Beach area she would be the first call we’d make.
